Before You Read

These Terms are written for clarity, not to obscure your rights. The most important sections for patients are: Clinical Services & Scope, Consultations & Informed Consent, Payments & Refunds, and Aftercare & Compliance. Please read these before your first appointment.

01

Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website dinaaz.in ("Website") and your access to clinical services ("Services") provided by Dinaaz Hair & Skin Clinic ("Dinaaz", "we", "us", "our"), operating under the clinical supervision of Dr. Nazia Iqbal Rajeeb (MBBS, MD Dermatology; KMC Registration No. KRL-2012-0001079-KTK).

By accessing this Website, booking an appointment, attending a consultation, or receiving any treatment at Dinaaz, you ("Patient", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Website or engage our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

02

Clinical Services & Scope of Practice

Medical Practice

Dinaaz Hair & Skin Clinic is a registered dermatology and aesthetic medicine practice. All clinical consultations, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, prescriptions and procedures are conducted or directly supervised by Dr. Nazia Iqbal Rajeeb, a qualified physician registered with the Karnataka Medical Council (KMC Reg. KRL-2012-0001079-KTK).

No Online Medical Advice

Content published on our website (dinaaz.in), social media channels, blog articles or WhatsApp communications is for general educational information only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You should not rely on this content for medical decisions — always consult Dr. Nazia or a qualified physician in person.

Treatment Outcomes

Aesthetic medicine, dermatology and hair restoration are medical disciplines with inherently variable outcomes. While Dr. Nazia brings 11+ years of clinical expertise and uses clinically validated techniques and equipment, we do not and cannot guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes depend on your age, genetics, skin type, hormonal status, adherence to post-procedure instructions, and other medical factors outside our control.

Referrals

Dr. Nazia may refer you to another specialist if a condition falls outside her scope of practice or if your care would be better served by a different physician or facility. We will facilitate this transition as smoothly as possible.

03

Consultations & Informed Consent

Consultation First

Treatment will only be provided after a proper clinical consultation. We do not initiate any procedure based on a phone inquiry, WhatsApp message, or website booking alone. A face-to-face assessment by Dr. Nazia is required before any treatment is recommended or performed.

Informed Consent

Before any procedure — surgical or non-surgical — you will be provided with a detailed explanation of the treatment, its mechanism, expected outcomes, potential risks, complications, alternatives, aftercare requirements, and approximate recovery timeline. You must sign a procedure-specific informed consent form before treatment commences.

By signing the consent form, you confirm that you: — Have understood the information provided by Dr. Nazia — Have had the opportunity to ask questions and received satisfactory answers — Voluntarily agree to proceed with the treatment — Are not under duress or undue influence

Right to Refuse or Withdraw

You may decline any recommended treatment or withdraw from a treatment mid-course without affecting your right to receive other care from us. However, if you withdraw mid-procedure or do not complete a prescribed course of treatment, we accept no clinical responsibility for incomplete outcomes.

Medical History Accuracy

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history, including all current medications, allergies, supplements, previous surgeries, and relevant health conditions. Any withholding of clinically relevant information that results in an adverse outcome is your sole responsibility. Dr. Nazia and Dinaaz cannot be held liable for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate medical histories.

04

Appointments & Cancellations

Booking

Appointments may be booked online at dinaaz.in/book, via WhatsApp (+91 73384 22548), or by calling the clinic. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from our team.

Clinic Hours

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Appointments are not available on Sundays or on public holidays, unless specifically communicated.

Arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete registration forms. Late arrival may result in a shortened consultation time or rescheduling at the clinic's discretion.

Cancellation by Patient

We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of any consultation fee paid. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the requirement of a non-refundable booking deposit for future appointments.

Cancellation by Clinic

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen clinical circumstances, medical emergencies, or events beyond our control. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the earliest available alternative appointment.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice constitutes a "no-show". Consultation fees paid for no-shows are non-refundable. Repeat no-shows may result in a requirement for advance full payment before future bookings.

05

Payments, Fees & Refunds

Consultation Fees

A consultation fee is charged for all first-time and follow-up clinical consultations with Dr. Nazia. The fee is communicated at the time of booking. Consultation fees are separate from procedure or treatment fees.

Treatment Fees

Treatment costs are communicated transparently following your clinical assessment — not before. Quoting a cost before examining a patient is clinically irresponsible and not our practice. We do not quote "packages" without assessing your individual case.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

GST

All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law will be applied and disclosed on your invoice.

Refund Policy

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a consultation has been conducted.

For procedure fees paid in advance, a refund of the unused portion may be made if: — You experience a documented medical contraindication that prevents you from completing the treatment course — The clinic cancels the procedure for reasons within our control

Refunds are not provided for: — Dissatisfaction with outcomes that fall within the range of clinically expected results — Incomplete treatment courses due to patient non-compliance or voluntary discontinuation — Side effects or outcomes that were disclosed in the informed consent process

Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@dinaaz.in within 30 days of the relevant appointment or procedure. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

06

Clinical Photography & Media

Clinic-Taken Photographs

Clinical photographs (of the scalp, face, skin, or treatment areas) are taken as part of your medical record. These are confidential and used exclusively for clinical documentation, progress tracking and your care. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Consent for Marketing Use

Your clinical photographs will never be used in marketing materials, on social media, or in before-and-after galleries without your separate, explicit written consent obtained on a specific consent form. This consent is entirely optional and will not affect your treatment.

Patient-Taken Photographs or Videos

You may not photograph or video-record clinical staff, procedures, other patients, or clinical areas of the clinic without prior written permission. Recording of consultations for personal reference requires Dr. Nazia's explicit consent.

Your Own Photography for Reviews

You are free to share your own experience of treatment outcomes on review platforms (Google, Practo, etc.) provided your account is genuine and the review accurately reflects your experience.

07

Aftercare & Patient Compliance

The outcome of any dermatological or aesthetic procedure is significantly affected by how carefully you follow post-procedure instructions. Dr. Nazia and our team will provide detailed written aftercare guidelines after every procedure.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for following all post-procedure care instructions, attending all scheduled follow-up appointments, disclosing any post-procedure symptoms, reactions or concerns to us promptly, using prescribed medications, sunscreens or skincare as directed, and avoiding specified activities (sun exposure, exercise, swimming, etc.) during the recovery period communicated to you.

Liability for Non-Compliance

Dinaaz and Dr. Nazia accept no clinical responsibility for suboptimal outcomes arising from non-compliance with prescribed aftercare, failure to attend follow-up appointments, or use of non-prescribed products during the recovery period.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience any unexpected reaction after a procedure — including unusual pain, swelling, redness, discharge, or fever — contact us immediately at +91 73384 22548. Do not delay seeking medical attention if you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency.

08

Limitation of Liability

Clinical Liability

Dr. Nazia Iqbal and Dinaaz carry out all clinical procedures to the standard expected of a reasonably skilled and experienced dermatologist and aesthetic physician practising in India. Our liability is limited to the standard of care applicable under Indian medical law.

We accept no liability for: — Outcomes that fall within the range of disclosed risks in your informed consent — Complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate medical history provided by you — Adverse outcomes resulting from non-compliance with aftercare instructions — Allergic or idiosyncratic reactions that could not reasonably have been anticipated — Results of treatments obtained elsewhere before or after treatment at Dinaaz — Loss of income, business opportunity, or consequential losses of any kind

Website Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information on dinaaz.in. However, we accept no liability for reliance on website content for medical decisions. The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

09

Products & Prescriptions

Prescription Medications

Dinaaz is a registered medical practice. Dr. Nazia may prescribe medications for your condition where clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are issued only after clinical assessment — we do not prescribe medications remotely or based on website inquiries.

Recommended Skincare Products

We may recommend specific skincare products, sunscreens, or haircare products as part of your treatment plan. Product recommendations on the website or by clinic staff are general in nature — specific product suitability for your skin should always be confirmed with Dr. Nazia.

Product Purchases

If Dinaaz retails any skincare products, their sale is subject to additional terms communicated at the point of sale. Opened or used products may not be returned unless they are found to be genuinely defective.

11

Communications & WhatsApp

By providing your mobile number to us, you consent to receiving: — Appointment confirmations and reminders — Follow-up messages related to your care — Treatment-related information and aftercare reminders

We may communicate via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You may opt out of non-clinical communications at any time by notifying us at hello@dinaaz.in.

WhatsApp communications are governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We use WhatsApp for convenience — it is not a secure, encrypted medical communication channel and should not be used to share sensitive medical information such as prescription details or investigation reports unless you accept that risk.

We do not provide clinical consultations, medical advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations via WhatsApp. Any clinical inquiry received via WhatsApp will be directed to a formal appointment.

Your continued use of our Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
